Whatever they've asked you for — I can help with that

  • I write the risk assessment they're asking you for.
  • I govern the AI your team already started using.
  • I'll be your CIO for as long as you need one.

The short version

Three ways in. All the prices.

CISSP and CISA, fifteen years inside regulated organizations. Independent, which means there's no software to sell you and no referral fees behind the findings.

01

The assessment

The written analysis your funder, insurer, or OCR is asking to see. Built to the HHS Final Guidance, ranked by what actually matters.

Also: grant and funder reviews against 2 CFR 200.303(e), and annual updates once you have one on file.

$3,500–4,500 · 3 WEEKS
Annual update $1,800–3,000
One-page triage $750, credited if you proceed

02

AI governance

A scribe in two exam rooms. Someone drafting appeals in a chatbot. A vendor who switched on an AI feature and updated their terms instead of your BAA.

I map where AI actually touches your data, read the vendor terms against what you signed, and write the policy your board adopts.

03

Fractional CIO

Then keep me. Standing availability for the decisions that come up between assessments — vendors, contracts, incidents, board and funder questions.

This is the one I'd rather be doing, and the one most clients end up wanting.

SEE BELOW ↓

The questions people actually ask — BAAs, grant funds, what happens if something serious turns up, how much of your team's time this takes.

Fractional IT leadership

All of it. All the time. On call.

Most organizations I work with don't actually need a document once a year. They need someone to pick up the phone when a vendor sends a contract nobody understands, or when the board asks a question that starts with "are we covered for."

  • Reach me directly. Phone, email, or text — answered within one business day, same day when it's actually urgent. No queue, no ticket number.
  • Vendors, contracts, and new AI tools. Your medical director wants to try an AI transcription service? Send it to me before anyone turns it on.
  • Board and funder questions. I'll write the answer, or sit in the meeting and give it.
  • A monthly call and a quarterly written review. Those happen whether or not anything is wrong — including a standing report on what AI touched your data and whether your agreements cover it.

How it starts

With an assessment. Always.

Not as an upsell. Advising an organization I haven't actually looked at is guessing, and you'd be paying a retainer for guesses.

Once the assessment is done I know your environment, and everything after that is fast.

$2,799 / MONTH Founding-client rate. Three months to start, then it continues annually. Sixty days’ notice to end it. Your assessment fee comes off the first month.

Twenty minutes tells you which of the three you need.

Free, and it isn't a sales call. If there's no gap, that's what I'll tell you.
